I think this movie shows us how difficult were Aboriginals’ life in that time, because British people took aboriginals’ children; they didn’t know how to assert their children from British people. Their life was very poor. After they were taken, the children were adopted by white family or went to the church. The things that touched my hurt is children are taken away from their home forget about their family and culture. Iit’s ridiculous. For human being more important thing is their family and love. They can’t get parents love anymore after they taken. Love is perpetual they couldn’t forget inside their hurt. Really important that I understand from this movie is love, patience, being defy. I like this movie because it is interesting. It tells me more about the aboriginals and how the white people were so cruel to the aboriginals.
Three girls in the movie are Molly Craig, Daisy Kadibill and Gracie Fields.They is mix raceaboriginals girls,
The three girls ran away from the Moore River Native Settlement, north of Perth, in order to return to their Aboriginal families, after being placed there in 1931.
The film follows the girls as they walk for nine weeks along 1,500 miles (2414km) of the Australian rabbit-proof fence to return to their community at Jigalong while being tracked by a white authority figure and ablack tracker.

I reckon Rabbit Prof Fence is very sad movie and emotions, because the girls were small and got taken away from their family. The movie talked about how Aboriginals were treated. When the British invaded Australia they stated to treate the Aboriginals very bad, besides what happening to them they still do their traditions. They were really sad, because were small and they had to walked a lot miles. The whole movie really touched my heart, but I like the bit when Molly, Daisy and Gracie were holding onto the fence and their mother was holding onto the fence too, because it shows you how they really connected to each other. There was a part when all of them just sitting down and suddenly a car came and took the girls away from their mother. It really touched my heart; because they did nothing wrong to deserve that. Being taken away from their family because they are half cast is just inhumane and it’s wrong. Nobody deserves that and it was really sad. When they ran back to their mum was really sad and then Molly said “I lost one “.
It was sad because she took the responsibility for Gracie and Gracie got taken away; it was really sad. Messo

I think the rabbit proof fence is a sad movie and like most movies has a meaning behind it.
The meaning that I saw was that the aboriginals were rejected because they were different to everyone else and to the white people being aboriginal was not the real way to life so the half cast children would get taken away from their family to be taught how to live the way the white people expected them to live.
The fact is that did they ask to be taken from their family and homes and did they seem that bad off they were happy so why not leave them alone?
It was sad when the children got dragged away no matter how much they would beg.
And they would never see their family again.
I found the movie heart reaching and had a strong meaning on how it was back in those days and how the aboriginals were treated
It was good how Molly got home but lost one person sadly because they got caught once again and it would have been too hard to go back to get her.
Even though I was away and did not see the last bit I still knew what happened because I had seen it before. Annette

I think this movie is a very sad and it had something beautiful at the movie. It makes me felt vey angry of the way the British treat the Aboriginal people. It was very unfair because the Aboriginal people had to live outside the city. Their children (half-cast) had to leave their parents to the church.
A part show that Molly, Daisy and Gracie separated at the train station. Gracie got taken away by the police back to the church. They almost came to their home but there were only two did that. It really really touches my heart.
